CSM, President and Co-Owner of First Management, Inc.

Randy is a shopping center industry veteran with more than 40 years’ experience in the business. The early part of his career was spent managing several enclosed malls. He was heavily involved in the development of Walnut Creek Village, Harrison Village, Tower Plaza, Eagle Run Plaza, and Hillsborough Plaza, all in Omaha, Nebraska. This led to him playing a key role in the redevelopment of over 230k square feet of enclosed mall space, into a viable office building named The Center Mall.

In addition to duties as President of First Management, Inc., Randy assumes direct responsibility for leasing and general administration for various retail strip properties and office buildings owned in partnerships or managed by First Management, Inc. for third party Owners.

Randy is a graduate of the University of Nebraska in Omaha with a bachelor’s degree (with a major in Administrative Management), Graduate of Metropolitan Technical Community College with an Associate degree (with a major in Real Estate Management), and a Graduate of Universal Technical Institute (Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration program).

A member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Randy also currently serves in a leadership position with ICSC’s Ambassador Program. Previous positions with ICSC include the Iowa/Nebraska State Director from 2008-2012 and the Iowa/Nebraska Operations Chair from 2006-2007. Mr. Wieseler received his Certified Shopping Center designation from ICSC in 1987. He’s an active participant in ISCS sponsored conventions and meetings.

Randy is an active member of the Suburban Rotary Club of Omaha, serving on the Board of Directors from 2009-2012. He received the Outstanding Club Project Award in 2008 for the Special Needs Scholarships program. He also received his Charlene Tierney Citation in 2007, Paul Harris Fellow in 2010, Friend of Suburban Rotary Club Charitable Foundation in 2013 and Suburban Rotarian of the Year Award in 2013.

He serves as a Board Member for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Nebraska. He chaired the Light the Night Walk campaign for LLS in 2011 and 2012 and was a Man of the Year candidate in 2013.

Randy currently holds a Nebraska and Iowa real estate Salespersons License. He is a member of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. He’s also a member of the Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce Executive Dialogue Group. His hobbies include running, tennis and boating. In his spare time, he enjoys theater performances.
