Randy Wieseler
President
Randall Wieseler, CSM, President and co-owner of First Managmeent, Inc., has been active in Commercial Real Estate for more than 25 years. In addition to the management of existing shopping centers such as The Center, Brentwood Square and Beverly Hills Plaza, Wieseler participated in the development of Eagle Run Plaza, Tower Plaza and Hillsborough Plaza in Omaha. He also played a key role in the redevelopment of The Center Mall from a 230,000 square foot enclosed mall to a viable office building.

Thomas Adams, Vice-President and co-owner of First Management, Inc., has been involved for approximately 25 years in the shopping center industry, thirteen of those years were spent in building operations and mechanical systems. Lately, Adams had been concentrating on leasing for both small and large shopping centers and the development of new centers, as well as the redevelopment of existing centers.

Kenneth Albrecht, Treasurer and co-owner of First Management, Inc., has been active in commercial real estate accounting, developing and financing for more than 14 years. Currently, Albrecht oversees the Accounting Department and handles the complete set of books for 14 seperate properties.
Eric Wieseler
Leasing Agent
Eric Wieseler joined First Management Inc. in 2005. He immediately became involved in the brokerage community focusing on the leasing of office & retail properties. Within the first two years of his hiring, Eric had brokered 30 transactions worth over $6.2 million and has become a catalyst for the expansion of First Management Inc.’s portfolio. His responsibilities continue to include the leasing of retail, office and industrial properties, but has also gained experience in the development of new shopping centers.
Nick Adams
Property Manager
Nick Adams became part of the First Management, Inc. team in 2000 when he began working in the accounting department. In 2003, Nick received his real estate license and transitioned into commercial leasing. He is now focusing his attention and skills on property management. Graduating with Honors from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, as well as his prior knowledge of accounting and leasing, make Nick a valuable asset to First Management, Inc.’s portfolio.

Matt Howick
Accounting
Matt Howick joined the accounting department at First Management, Inc., in 2005 after graduating from Creighton University. Since joining the team, he has been responsible for handling the complete set of books on over 20 diverse properties. Matt has experience in the accounting of retail, office and industrial properties and has handled the accounting for local home builders and residential housing developments. In addition to numerous established properties, Matt has also been involved with several new developments and redevelopment projects.
Tim Martin
Branch Manager
Tim has been involved in the Shopping Center management since 1985. He has managed and leased retail centers in South Dakota, Minnesota, and Nebraska. For the past 13 years, Tim has been managing and leasing centers in the Lincoln, Grand Island and Gretna area.
