As a quasi-preservationist, Eric wants to live in a world where the past is appreciated, saved and enhanced for future generations to enjoy. His hometown of Omaha has caught on to the importance of this sentiment with some it’s finest entertainment and dining neighborhoods being transformed from historic beginnings. It’s this type of interactive and pedestrian friendly neighborhood that Eric enjoys most and wants to contribute to throughout his career.

In 2005, he cut his teeth in real estate and has been involved in a wide variety of activities, including the leasing, sale and development of retail, mixed use and office properties in the Omaha, Lincoln and Grand Island markets. Eric specializes in landlord lease representation, as well as new development and redevelopment projects. As a developer, Eric focuses on retail, mixed use, and urban infill projects in the Omaha area. He’s proficient in the procurement of Tax Increment Financing, Historic Tax Credits, and other development incentives necessary to saving the architectural gems that need extra love.

In his formative years, Eric graduated from Millard West High School and then received a business degree from the University of Nebraska. He’s a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the states of Nebraska and Iowa and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

When he’s not building or fixing up buildings, you may find him on the golf course, (working on what’s clearly a futile effort on improving his golf game), jogging (apparently you just run for long periods of time) or catching up with friends on the patio of a local bistro.
